Buildtec (Pty) Ltd, established in 2014, is a design and build company located in Seychelles. Our inception was driven by the growing demand from clients of our parent company, Sonnel, who sought affordable, reliable, and professional building services to bring their design projects to life. With Sonnel's foundation in Edinburgh in 1990, we have an impressive portfolio of design projects spanning various locations including the UK, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Bangalore, Vietnam, Seychelles, and more. Our design team boasts extensive international experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and cultural projects.
